Benefits of an auction​

Auctions are a means for people to sell single items they no longer want, cannot or do not wish to take with them when they move, or whole households/estates of a relative or friend.
​Auctions sell items to the highest bidder. 
The auctioneer receives an agreed upon percentage of the money the item sells for, with the remainder going to the original owner.  
When you contract with an auctioneer to sell your items, all the items are sold, with no leftovers.

Personal Property and Collections

Personal property, household items, jewelry, collections, cars, trucks, almost anything can be sold by auction.  An auction can sell one item or a whole house full of items.

Real Estate

Homes and property can be sold at auction. The seller may set a minimum or starting bid to ensure that a reasonable amount is obtained for the home or property.

Industrial

Equipment, machinery,  and industrial supplies can be sold at auction.
